Unexplained I imagine is the worst diagnosis. While we know what our problem is, it is also as emotionally draining and a long road. All IF is.

I think this site is wonderful and hopefully will be a great new outlet for those dealing with unexplained and known infertilty issues as well as their families and friends who just dont get it sometimes. I've added you to my blogroll. Look forward to more soon.

I think it is very important for couples (or singles) that are using ART to realize that for the most part doctors are using educated guesses. Early on in my journey someone asked me if I felt like I was playing God. I said then what I would say now - absolutely not. Whether you call "it" God or The Universe, or Life Force or just plain luck, something that cannot be controlled is ultimately controlling the outcome of the procedures, otherwise infertility procedures would have great success statistics, and they just don't. All those high stakes gamblers are wimps - the real high stakes gambling is in battling infertility.
